Review by hotel critic
The service was impeccable, and the dinner menu surprisingly delicious. We enjoyed the elegant lobby and friendly check-in staff. However, our room had to be switched due to a bathroom door issue, and the bed was uncomfortable. Despite these setbacks, the hotel's value, location, and hospitality were noteworthy. the Trade Root Restaurant served delectable Southern-inspired dishes alongside premium drinks.
